29 CFR 1926.1207(a): The employer did not provide training to each employee whose work is regulated by this standard, at no cost to the employee, and did not ensure that the employee possessed the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of duties assigned under this standard: a) Roadway in front of Lot 210 and Lot 211, Haslet Road, Governors, Lewes, DE: On or about February 19, 2019, the employer did not provide training to each employee involved in confined space entry. Employees who engaged in entry of to perform inspection and testing of sewer lines did not receive training to ensure they possessed the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of assigned duties.
