29 CFR 1910.177(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that employees stay out of the trajectory when inflating a tire on a single piece rim wheel: On or about December 18, 2019, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that employees understood and followed the procedures of not inflating tires within the trajectory or by reaching inside the wheel to access the valve stem, exposing the employees to struck-by and explosion hazards.
