29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii)(B): The employer did not ensure that the training was provided to employees with occupational exposure at least annually: a) Champion Modular, Inc., on or about November 20th, 2018 and times prior thereto: Employees had potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens intermittently throughout work operations including, but not limited to, responding to incidents involving blood, and/or cleaning up of blood and OPIM (other potentially infectious material). Annual bloodborne pathogen training had not been provided to all affected employees.
