29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There were damaged parts that would adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: At 6240 McKissock Avenue, St. Louis, MO, numerous, damaged parts were noted on 10/16/18 at the following locations: a/ Unsecure receptacle box along the exterior wall of the warehouse. b/ Damaged cover over a receptacle box along the exterior wall of the warehouse. c/ Damaged cover over a junction box along the conveyor system inside of the Bio Department. d/ Damaged cover over a receptacle box mounted to a circular column inside of the Bio Department. e/ Damaged conduit over a conductor that supplies current to the boiler. f/ Damaged conduit over a conductor that supplies current to a motor inside of the Robot Lid Conveyor. g/ Damaged cover to a dual receptacle located inside of the Autoclave Scale Station. h/ Damaged conduit due to a wall being pushed out inside of the Autoclave Scale Station. i/ Damaged receptacle box with a missing cover attached to the Robot Dumper Control Cabinet. j/ Damaged cover attached to the Boiler Makeup Tank Control Panel. k/ Damaged control panel box hanging from below the Autoclave Conveyor.
