29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: The employer is failing to protect employees from respiratory hazards associated with respirarable crystalline silica exposure when performing masonry operations. This was most recently documented on August 15, 2018 at workplace located at 916 S. Thompson Ave., Sedalia, Missouri. The employer is failing to provide a written exposure control plan in regards to silica in order to properly assess the exposure of employees who were exposed to crystalline silica at or above the action levels in order to make frequent and regular inspections of job sites, materials, and equipment in order to implement the written exposure control plan and to protect the employees from known respiratory hazards associated with a silica.
