29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points. On or about July 25, 2018 and times prior, the employer did not ensure that flexible cords from portable electric fans and to the Hall 6H tilt-mold machine were protected from accidental damage from sharp corners and pinch points of metal tables and metal trash bins.
