29 CFR 1926.964(a)(3)(i): When a pole was set, moved, or removed near an exposed energized overhead conductor, the pole may not contact the conductor: On or about July 9, 2018, at the jobsite when employees were exposed to electrical hazards while moving a powerline pole next to energized powerlines without the employer ensuring that the pole did not hit the conductor.
