29 CFR 1926.1101(h)(3)(i)(A): The employer did not select the appropriate respirators as specified in 29 CFR 1910.134(d)(3)(i)(A). The employer selected or used filtering facepiece respirator against asbestos fibers: a) Advanced Construction and Design Services, LLC: On or about April 11-12, 2018, at the jobsite located at 1650 W. Irving Park Rd. Chicago, Illinois, the employer did not provide the appropriate respirators for employees to use when performing Class I asbestos work, including removal and disposal of thermal system insulation, during demolition activities. Employees were provided 3M filtering facepiece respirators.
