29 CFR 1910.134(k)(5): Retraining shall be administered annually, and when the following situations occur: a. On or before June 7, 2018, in the East/West bays, the employer did not provide annual training and information on respiratory protection for employees required to use tight-fitting facepiece respirators including filtering facepieces (dust masks) while painting, mixing/pouring castable refractory, performing demolition of refractory lining, and/or welding stainless.
