29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i): Footings shall be level, sound, rigid, and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement. a. On or about May 22, 2018, located at the Grant Park Apartments at apartment building 2A, employees were performing masonry work from fabricated framed scaffolding that was approximately 35 feet in height without level footing to protect the employees from a scaffold collapse exposing employees to fall hazards up to approximately 35 feet, caught-between and struck-by hazards.
