29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(i): Inspections and tests were not performed on process equipment: (a) Line A Compressor Room: On or about April 2, 2018 and at times prior, the Cool Air Incorporated ammonia monitor was not being calibrated yearly as required by the manufacturer. (b) Line B Compressor Room: On or about April 2, 2018 and at times prior, the Calibration Technologies, Inc. ammonia monitor was not being calibrated every 6 months as required by the manufacturer. NOTE: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.
