29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee with occupational exposure participated in a training program: (a) Facility: The employer did not ensure employees exposed to bloodborne pathogens were trained. Maintenance employees who were designated to clean-up machinery, floors etc. after an incident were not provided with training, on or about 3/29/2018. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
