29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii)(A): The employer did not ensure that training was provided to employees with occupational exposure at the time of initial assignment to tasks where occupational exposure might take place: On or about February 22, 2018, an employee did not receive bloodborne pathogen training when he was assigned to clean up the accident scene which included blood on February 15, 2018. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
