29 CFR 1910.1026(i)(2): The employer did not ensure that a change room at a worksite with chromium (VI) exposures was equipped with separate storage facilities for protective clothing and equipment and for street clothing to prevent cross contamination: Employee engaged in welding activities in welding bay was exposed to hexavalent chromium at an eight-hour time-weighted average of 11.9 microgram per cubic meter, which exceed OSHA PEL of 5 microgram per cubic meter during 480 minutes of personal air sampling performed on January 19th, 2018, in that there was 0.0606 microgram of hexavalent chromium detected in the locker without separate storage facility provided.
