29 CFR 1910.219(c)(3): Vertical and inclined shafting seven (7) feet or less from floor or working platform, excepting maintenance runways, was not enclosed with a stationary casing in accordance with requirements of paragraphs (m) and (o) of this section. a. Bunting Bearings, LLC located in Delta, Ohio: On or about April 20, 2018, the employer did not ensure the Brugger horizontal caster, located in building #3, was properly guarded in that an employee was exposed to the rotating horizontal drive shaft when determining the rotational speed of the casting.
