29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Electric equipment was not installed in a neat and workmanlike manner. There were damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: a) Compressor building: The conduit to an electrical receptacle was damaged and separated from the box exposing the energized conductors to contact, as observed on or about December 11, 2017. b) Ski Lift #1 Engine Room: The conduit to an electrical receptacle was damaged separated exposing the energized conductors to contact, as observed on or about December 11, 2017. Abatement Certification Required.
