29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(ii): Unused keyways shall be filled up or covered. a. On or about 01/26/2018 in the Fabrication Area, employees performing sanding operations were exposed to an unused keyway on the rotating shaft of the Jet Belt & Disc Sander. The unused keyway was approximately 1/2 inch long and was not guarded or filled.
