29 CFR 1910.253(b)(5)(ii)(I): Cylinders were not kept far enough away from the actual welding or cutting operation so that sparks, hot slag, or flame would not reach them: a) Along shop wall- On or about September 20, 2017, employees were exposed to burn and struck by hazards while welding and grinding at the work table approximately 12 feet from the stored oxygen and acetylene tanks.
