29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: On or about May 25, 2017, in the paint department where an employee with facial hair wore a 3M 7502 half-face respirator with organic vapor cartridges and pre-filters when performing painting tasks.
