29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1)(ii): Fixtures, lampholders, rosettes, or receptacles were not securely supported: (a) 205 Young Street: On or about April 24, 2017 and times prior, a 120 volt light fixture 6ft. 9in. from the ground was secured by the power cords with staples to the wood framing. (b) 205 Young Street: On or about April 24, 2017 and times prior, a 120 volt receptacle used to provide power to power tools, 6ft. 9in. from the ground was secured by the power cord with a staple. (c) 205 Young Street: On or about April 24, 2017 and times prior, a 120 volt receptacle used to provide power for the power tools being used was lying on the ground at the top of the steps.
