29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems that meet the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926: a. On or about April, 20 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, the stairway landing to the 10th floor from the 11th floor, was not provided with guardrail systems, exposing employees to fall hazards.
