29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical and inclined belts were not enclosed by a guard conforming to standards in paragraphs (m) and (o) of this section: a) STTA In-Line Machining Center #13, Production Floor: On or about March 28, 2017 and at times prior, employees were exposed to amputation hazards, when operating equipment including, but not limited to, STTA In-Line Machining Center #13 in that the guard did not adequately protect employees from moving belts and pulleys.
