29 CFR 1926.1052(b)(3): Treads for temporary stairway service were not installed the full width and/or depth of the stair: On March 24, 2017, inside the canopy at the main casino entrance, a stairway constructed from tubular scaffolding did not have treads installed on each step, was used to access the scaffolding. Employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards.
