29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(i): The employer did not maintain a written copy of the procedures outlined in paragraph (b)(2) of 29 CFR 1910.333 and did not make it available for inspection by the Assistant Secretary of Labor and his or her authorized representatives: (a) The employer did not ensure that electrical safe work procedures were established when working with or around electrical circuits that are or could be energized. On or about February 21, 2017, an employee was injured when conducting testing of a step down transformer. (b) In the testing area, the employer did not ensure that electrical safe work procedures were established when working with or around the dialectic withstand tester.
