29 CFR 1910.217(c)(2)(i)(b): Point-of-operation guards(s) on mechanical power press(es) did not conform to the maximum permissible opening(s) specified in Table 0-10: At 3125 Boschertown Road, St. Charles, MO, specifically inside of the Fabrication Department, the Walsh Mechanical Punch Press, m/n, 65-X, s/n 9506, was equipped with a yellow, fixed barrier guard. The opening in this guard measured approximately 11"H X 10"W and was used to accommodate 2" in diameter pipe. A horizontal opening in this guard measured approximately 2"H X 18"L and was used to accommodate 1/4" thick steel plate. The point-of-operation guard was approximately six inches away from the guard. This violation was observed on 03/21/17.
