29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: On or about January 11, 2017: a. In the center of the mill where employees were exposed to a caught-by hazard while working near eight interconnected chain and sprocket assemblies on the Crosby brand edger outgoing roller table without a guard to enclose the chains and sprocket wheels. b. On the south side of the mill where employees were exposed to a caught-by hazard while working near the Tyrone brand feed works drive chain and sprocket assembly without a guard. c. On the southwest side of the mill where employees were exposed to a caught-by hazard while cleaning under the in-feed log deck that had two motor drive chain and sprocket assemblies without guards.
