29 CFR 1910.119(l)(5): A change covered by this paragraph resulted in a change in the operating procedures or practices required by paragraph (f) of this section, and such procedures or practices were not updated accordingly: (a) In the canning building, on or about February 8, 2017 and at times prior to, the employer did not update operating procedures regarding the addition of a "small canning" line that was added to the covered process in 2015 exposing employees to a chemical hazard. The employer failed to document information such as, but not limited to: initial startup, normal operations, temporary operations, emergency shutdown, normal shutdown, operating limits, consequences of deviation, safety and health considerations, unique hazards, and safety systems and their functions.
