29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): Complete inspections of the crane was not being performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(b) of this section: At 355 Paul Avenue in St. Louis, MO 63135 (Overhead Crane Area) - On or about 12/06/2016, the employer failed to ensure that complete inspections of a 15-Ton "Milwaukee" (Serial No. 1792) overhead crane was being performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(b) of this section.
