29 CFR 1910.213(c)(2): Hand-fed circular ripsaw(s) were not furnished with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the saw or being thrown back on the operator. On or about 8/4/16 in Bay 3 at the table saw; the employer allowed employees to use the McClamroch (220 volt) table saw without a spreader during ripping and cross-cutting of wood; thus exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
