29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: a) Throughout the facility, on or about 7/14/16: Monitoring for exposure was not performed for employees including, but not limited to those MIG welding, TIG welding, plasma cutting, air-arcing, sand blasting and spray painting. b) Throughout the facility, on or about 7/14/16: Monitoring for exposure was not performed for employees of contractors under the control of TTA including, but not limited to those performing MIG welding during maintenance and repair work. c) Abrasive blast cleaning room, on or about 7/14/16: Monitoring for exposure was not performed for employees including, but not limited to, those performing abrasive blast operations on coated rail car parts.
