29 CFR 1910.184(c)(14): Employers must not use slings without affixed and legible identification markings. On or about April 25, 2016, the employer failed to ensure that slings used on the repair floor of the facility were affixed with legible identification markings. Metal chain slings and synthetic web slings were used by employees either missing the markings, or they were not legible.
