29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift: On or about February 11, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from not having unrestricted access to safety data sheets for the sanitation products they were using such as, but not limited to, Fomacid, Foam Chlor 535, Liquid Smokehouse Cleaner, Brute 4S, Alpet D2, and Ultra Quat.
