29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(i): The end of a platform 10 feet or less in length, extended over its support more than 12 inches: a) 223 Grand Street, first floor, southeast corner, on or about 1-15-16: Employees were working on a scaffold platform while on planks that were extended 32-1/2 inches beyond their support, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 7 feet 7 inches.
