29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) 24483 Sussex Highway, Seaford, DE - On or about May 28, 2015 the employer did not develop and implement a hazard communication training program. The employees did not have information on the chemicals, safety data sheets, labeling of materials, methods and observations to detect the release of ammonia, the physical and health hazards of ammonia and bleach, and the measures employees can take to protect themselves.
