29 CFR 1910.146(d)(14): Under the permit-required confined space program required by 29 CFR 1910.146(c)(4), the employer did not review the permit-required confined space program, using the canceled permits retained under 29 CFR 1910.146(e)(6) within one year: Employers may perform a single annual review covering all entries performed during 12-month period. If no entry is performed during a 12-month period, no review is necessary. Appendix C to 29 CFR 1910.146 presents examples of permit entry programs t 1.) On or about April 15, 2015, the employer did not review the permit space program. Employees are entering the trans mat parts washer to conduct cleaning and preventative maintenance.
