29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Metal Grinding Areas, Factory Floor, EP Heller Company, 21-25 Samson Avenue, Madison, NJ 07940. The employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program for workers performing grinding operations exposed to carbon steel dust containing chemicals to include but not limited to chromium, zinc, and nickel. Condition observed on or about 10/8/2014.
