29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): In any workplace where respirators are necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators are required by the employer, a written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented: a) Painting area, Spray booth - On or about April 8, 2014, the employer had not established and implemented a respiratory protection program for employees using an elastomeric respirator, required during painting operations for protection from hazardous vapors and mists.
