29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: This violation most recently occurred on or about April 7, 2014, at the establishment located at 1902 South Park Avenue in Stuttgart, Arkansas, where a hazard communication program had not been developed for the benefit of employees using and/or exposed to hazardous chemicals and/or ingredients such as but not limited to sodium hydroxide and metasilicate contained in the Tire Slickum tire mounting lube & bead sealer being used by employees.
