29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a. In the machine shop on March 10, 2014, employees were exposed to the Baldor pedestal grinder model 5246 serial number 6480 that the work rest that exceeded one eight inch, exposing employees to caught-by hazards. b. In the machine shop on March 10, 2014, employees were exposed to the Pit Bull 10 inch pedestal grinder serial number 10987 B, with the work rest that exceeded one eight inch, exposing employees to caught-by hazards. c. In the machine shop on March 10, 2014, employees were exposed to the Balder pedestal grinder model 621 serial number F479, with the work rest that exceeded one eight inch, exposing employees to caught-by hazards. d. In the machine shop on March 10, 2014, employees were exposed to the United States Electrical Tool Company with the work rest that exceeded one eight inch, exposing employees to caught-by hazards.
