29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Particles Not Otherwise Regulated listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 15.0 milligrams/cubic metere. On August 15, 2013, 2 employees cutting wood and were exposed to particulates not otherwise regulated (PNOR) exceeding 15.0 milligrams/cubic meter, as an 8 hour time weighted average, without wearing respiratory protection: a) One band saw employee was exposed to 18.22 milligrams/cubic meter of PNOR, as an 8 hour time weighted average. The employee was sampled on August 15, 2013 for 488 minutes. b) The single and double edge trim saw feeder was exposed to 25.92 milligrams/cubic meter of PNOR, as an 8 hour time weighted average. On August 15, 2013 the employee was sampled for 474 minutes, the remaining 6 minutes were calculated as 0 (zero) exposure time.
