29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Where there were damaged parts that could adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that were broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: a) for the Enco Lathe Model 110-1351 located in the production area of B & M Industries at 2401 Airport Road in Plant City (FL), as observed on or about 07/19/2013. The emergency stop button had been damaged and removed preventing its use.
