29 CFR 1910.213(c)(2): Hand-fed circular ripsaw(s) were not furnished with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the saw or being thrown back on the operator: a) On or about May 15, 2013 - Dado department, employees were operating a Grizzly 10" table saw, S/N#035455 without a spreader bar. b) On or about May 15, 2013 - Accessory department, employees were operating a Grizzly 10" table saw, S/N#324602 without a spreader bar. c) On or about May 15, 2013 - Sanding department, employees were operating a Grizzly 10" table saw, S/N#454456 without a spreader bar. d) On or about May 15, 2013 - Dove tail drawer department, employees were operating a Grizzly 10" table saw, S/N#401640 without a spreader bar.
