On or about February 5, 2013, in the mulch processing area, the pulley of the feed belt did not have a guard, exposing employees to a caught in hazard. b. On or about February 5, 2013, in the maintenance shop, the pulley on the air compressor did not have a guard, exposing employees to a caught in hazard.
