29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: On or about November 10, 2025, at 42 West Buckeye Street, West Salem, OH 44287, the employer failed to ensure a written Hazard Communication Program was maintained in the work place for employees that work with but not limited to, carbon black, Betapeg 3350 CS (ethylene oxide), Alcanplast DOP (Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) while making rubber products.
