29 CFR 1910.1025(c)(1):Employee(s) were exposed to lead at concentrations greater than fifty micrograms per cubic meter of air averaged over an eight-hour period: a) Welding Area: On or about April 17, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards, in that an employee tasked with welding lead and carbon steel panels was exposed to Lead Fumes at an 8-hour TWA of 65.489 �g/m3. This level exceeded the Permissible Exposure Limit for lead (50 �g/m3). The exposure was derived from a sample collected for a 467-minute sampling period.
