29 CFR 1926.1101(h)(1)(i): Respirators were not used during all Class I asbestos jobs: a) Charlotte High School-4115 Lake Avenue, Rochester, NY, Auditorium - On or about December 2, 2024 through December 4, 2024 - respirators were not used during all Class I asbestos jobs including hand scraping of acoustical plaster ceiling which contained Chrysotile 5.8% asbestos, a Class I asbestos job. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
