29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: a) At 5312 Harbor Rd, Bradenton, Florida: On or about July 30, 2024, in the tree, the employer exposed a tree trimmer employee to an electrocution hazard while performing tree trimming work using a chain saw and a pole saw within 8-feet of energized 7.6 kV overhead distribution line.
