29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about 5/21/2024, in the facility at 1743 Scherer Pkwy in St. Charles, MO, the employer used a flex cord as a substitution for fixed wiring to power a garage door opener causing an electrical hazard to employees using the garage door and working in the area.
