29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: (a) Spray Finishing Department, Downdraft Booth - On or about May 16, 2024, employees were exposed to fire hazards. A work bench, wood constructed tables, flammable storage cabinets, and other items were stored directly against the west side of the booth. A clear space of 3 feet was not maintained. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.13(c).
