29 CFR 1926.502(d)(1): Personal fall arrest system connectors were not drop forged, pressed or formed steel, or made of equivalent materials: a) On May 8, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of over 25 feet while using personal fall arrest system components containing connectors that were not drop forged, pressed or formed steel. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
